Full-stack .NET developer who turns sprawling enterprise systems into software people actually enjoy using—Blazor by trade, detail-obsessed by nature.

I'm a devoted father of two — my kids are the best thing I've ever built. Outside the keyboard I try to stay in motion: long rides on the lakefront, competitive badminton on Tuesday nights, and whatever LEGO set the kids convinced me we absolutely needed. Cooking is how I decompress; there's something satisfying about a recipe that actually works on the first try.
The kids are more impressive than anything in my GitHub.
Before I wrote a line of code, I spent a decade as a working jazz saxophonist. I performed, recorded, and taught in Chicago — not as a side project, but as a career.
My primary ensemble was Eastern Blok, with whom I recorded two albums. I also performed with the Goran Ivanovic Group and had the privilege of sharing stages with Robert Glasper, Kendrick Scott, Kelan Phil Cohran, and Robert 'Baabe' Irving III.
Music taught me how to listen, how to collaborate under pressure, and how to hold a structure together while leaving room for something unexpected. Those habits didn't disappear when I switched careers — they just found a new medium.
